  • What is coaching?

    Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps individuals overcome internal blocks, clarify direction, and develop strategies for sustainable success. Asha’s coaching focuses on mindset, resilience, productivity, and confidence—supporting clients in navigating professional and personal challenges with intention.

  • How is coaching different from therapy?

    While Asha is a licensed mental health counselor, coaching is not therapy. Coaching is future-focused, non-clinical, and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It’s best suited for individuals who are functioning well but want support reaching their goals, improving performance, or navigating life with greater clarity and purpose.

  • Who is coaching for?

    Asha works with ambitious individuals—including professionals, creatives, leaders, and entrepreneurs—who want to:

    Improve focus and follow-through

    Navigate self-doubt or imposter feelings

    Build confidence and presence

    Clarify personal or professional goals

    Create sustainable routines and boundaries

  • Do you offer in-person coaching?

    Coaching sessions are primarily offered via secure video conferencing platform for flexibility and accessibility. In-person sessions may be available on a limited basis depending on location and availability—please inquire directly.

  • How long are coaching sessions?

    Sessions typically last 38–50 minutes and are held weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and needs.

  • What is the cost of coaching?

    Coaching sessions are $200 per session. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need. Please inquire during your consultation.

  • Do you write letters or provide documentation for legal or clinical matters?

    No. As a coach, Asha does not provide letters, evaluations, or documentation for legal matters, disability claims, court proceedings, or other clinical purposes. Coaching is a non-clinical, goal-oriented service.

  • How do I get started?
