Welcome to Asha WellBeing!
Hello, I am Asha!
As a Sri Lankan-Japanese woman raised in international environments, I often moved between cultures and faced the challenge of finding a true sense of belonging. As I entered adulthood, I struggled to find a trusted support system—one where I could feel safe, be heard, and build the resilience I needed as a woman of color.
I support clients who have been marginalized or are navigating life challenges without having found a truly safe space. Drawing on my lived experience, clinical insight, and practical strategies, I help individuals build resilience, foster healing, and move toward a more fulfilling and thriving life.
Looking forward to starting this journey with you!
