Welcome to Asha WellBeing!

Hello, I’m Asha.

Growing up between cultures as a Sri Lankan–Japanese woman in international environments shaped how I understand pressure, responsibility, and belonging. Moving across systems taught me the level of steadiness required to perform well while navigating complexity.

Today, I provide structured advisory for high-responsibility professionals who appear steady outwardly but carry internal strain. My work focuses on helping individuals think clearly, reduce internal pressure, and sustain strong performance over time.

Drawing on clinical training and experience within high-performance environments, I work at the intersection of psychology and performance—supporting leaders in navigating complexity with greater clarity and stability.

I also provide psychotherapy for individuals seeking deeper clinical work. The practice is currently transitioning toward a private pay model, with a gradual move away from insurance-based care. While advisory and therapy serve different purposes, both are grounded in structure, reflection, and meaningful change.
