Psychotherapy Approach
“The goal is not just to feel better, but to understand yourself more deeply and develop a more steady, intentional way of living and working.”
Background
Growing up between cultures in international environments shaped how I understand pressure, responsibility, and belonging. Moving across systems highlighted how life experiences and transitions can impact emotional well-being, often in ways that are not immediately visible. This perspective informs my clinical work, where I focus on helping individuals make sense of their experiences, understand underlying patterns, and create space for meaningful and sustained change.
What it is like to work together
The work is collaborative, structured, and intentional. Clients complete a brief intake so sessions begin with clarity and focus. I take time to understand each person’s context, patterns, and goals, and tailor the work accordingly. The approach combines practical tools with deeper reflective work to support emotional insight, reduce internal strain, and build more sustainable ways of functioning over time.
Ongoing Approach
I view learning as an ongoing part of responsible clinical work. I engage in continuing education to stay current with evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and somatic and nervous-system–informed practices. This allows the work to remain grounded, adaptive, and responsive—supporting clients in developing greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and the capacity to navigate complexity more effectively.
