Asha De Costa is a Sri Lankan–Japanese therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, and complex life transitions. Trained at Columbia University’s counseling program, she provides clinically grounded, culturally informed care focused on understanding and shifting underlying patterns that shape how individuals think, feel, and function. Her approach integrates strengths-based therapy with CBT and DBT, supporting clients in developing greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and more sustainable ways of engaging with work and life.

Fees & Payment

Sessions are currently available through both insurance and private pay, with a gradual transition toward a private pay model underway.

Session fee: $180–$200.

For clients with out-of-network benefits, documentation can be provided for potential reimbursement.
